"Beginning Bellydance Workout" - 11:15-12:15 on Saturdays Teaching the fundamentals of Bellydance technique with an emphasis on muscle control and flexibility: to build the strength behind the movements.
A fun sexy workout anyone can do!

Class Description: Belly Dance Workout (Intermediate/Advanced)
Belly Dance Workout (Beginners)
This class teaches the fundamentals of Middle Eastern dance technique. Focus on isolations, strength, flexibility, basic steps and combinations. Props such as veils, swords, and zills may be included.
A fun aerobic exercise class! Includes warm-ups (dance and yoga based), cool-downs, informative lessons on Bellydance history, and terms. Great for all ages and fitness levels!
Most people never give Belly Dance a chance. They think they will look awkward. Believe me, after a few classes you will start to see and feel the difference! It is never to late to do something good for yourself. Give it a try!
Class Policies:
No food, gum or drinks (besides bottled water) in the classrooms. There is no smoking anywhere in the studio.
Students should arrive at the studio with ample time to sign in, stretch, and prepare for class. Please show consideration to your teacher and arrive on time.
There may be times when the teachers will employ hands-on adjusting corrections to the students.
Classes will start promptly at the time specified. If you are late, please come in and put your shoes on as quietly as possible and join the class in session.
What to Where for Class:
Comfortable workout clothes are fine, or feel free to dress up as much as you want! No shoes or socks to be worn during lesson. Ballet flats or jazz shoes ok.
Extra hip-scarves available at class.
